Crypto withdrawals
Use this route when you want rewards sent onchain to a wallet you control. The chain, asset, address, and any memo or tag must match exactly.
Live funding is read server-side from the private funding wallet Worker when available.

Fiat withdrawals
Use this route when you want rewards sent as fiat in USD, EUR, or GBP. KYC is required before bank details are collected.
Select Bank account in the withdrawal route screen.
Choose your country and complete the partner KYC session.
If the tab closes, return to resume. The flow updates once verification completes.
Enter personal or business bank details that match the verified identity.
Choose the UPS amount and destination currency, then review before submitting.

Yes. Crypto wallet withdrawals remain available through supported chains and assets listed in the app. Current crypto limits are $5 USD minimum and $150 USD maximum per withdrawal.
KYC is required for all fiat bank withdrawals. It is not presented as part of the crypto wallet route on this guide, but the app is always the final source for current requirements.
The fiat minimum is 200 UPS. The maximum single fiat withdrawal is 1000 UPS, and the maximum fiat withdrawal amount in 24 hours is also 1000 UPS. One UPS equals one USD.
Bank withdrawals can use USD, EUR, or GBP as the destination currency when that option is available in the withdrawal flow.
Fiat withdrawal country is tied to identity verification for compliance. If the verified country is wrong or needs to change, contact support before submitting bank details.
